At GDK Entertainments, we just don't turn up, and throw on a CD, sit back, and hope you enjoy yourself, Oh No! We take pride in the work we do, and work alongside you in the build up to, and on, your big day. We consider ourselves to be very organised, and the Set Up Guide below, should give you an idea of how we plan for an event.

Early Setup
GDK Entertainments will arrive at a time convenient for both yourselves as well as your venue to setup the Disco and any additional services you want. If you asked for background music, this will be left playing and microphones will left ready for you to use. You also have the option to plug your own MP3 player or Ipod in so in affect you can choose your own background music! In the evening we will arrive about 30 minutes before the disco is due to start.

 

All Day Setup (Weddings Only)

GDK Entertainments will arrive at a time convenient for both yourselves as well as your venue to setup the disco and any additional services you requested. For weddings, if you asked for background music, this will be left playing and microphones will left ready for you to use. You also have the option to plug your own MP3 player or Ipod in so in affect you can choose your own background music! In the evening we will arrive about 30 minutes before the disco is due to start.

 

 

Evening Setup
Depending on the elements that yourselves want, GDK Entertainments arrive approximately 90 minutes before the Disco starts. We setup, get changed into suitable clothing and then at the scheduled time the Disco will start.
